General Description:  

ZJA high efficiency vacuum oil purifier is the appointed product of electric power department. It is developed by Wanmei companyaccording to the latest vacuum drying principle and advanced filtration technology. It is the special equipment to purify the unqualified electric insulating oil of electric power department and factories, mines and other enterprises. Besides, it is the ideal equipment to dry electric equipment, and of adding oil to electric power equipment in vacuum condition (transformer, condenser).

ZJA-Q automatic computerized high efficiency vacuum oil purifier and ZLZ high efficiency intelligent testing vacuum oil purifier have all the functions of ZJA series, and they are fit for special condition. It can be applied for purifier of unqualified transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and capacitor oil as well as low-viscosity lubricating oil. It can remove water content, gas, impurity in oil and enhance withstand voltage oil without power off production stopping, changing new oil, filtration paper utilization, it can also fry electric equipment and has vacuum oil adding function.

7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

Description of work flow:

When the oil filter working, the oil entering the first stage magnetic filter through the atmosphere pressure and the vacuum pump, and the lager impurity including the metal particles were removed. The oil through the heater entering the

secondary filter and the thin impurity was removed and then entering the Vacuum flash evaporating tower. Because of separation of oil & water device adopted the technology of lipophilic oil and estrangement water, improved the

reciprocity between the oil and water, make the thin impurity accelerate sport in the oil, deposit at the water implement. Through the spray system, the oil poured on the flash pall ring and produce a large of gas area and a long

stopping time, gained the sufficient oil and water separation, remove the thin water and gas. The vapour is removed through the drainage valve and the gas was removed by the vacuum pump. The oil is removed the water, gas and the machine

impurity through the secondary-stage and third-stage that is cleanliness oil and finish the whole course. 

Maintenance

A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
    1. all the electric control apparatus 
    2. temperature controller
    3. oil seals and motor couplings 
    4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
    5. all the pipes for leaking
B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.
